Drawing Of The Trebuchet

This is my seconded post on the Trebuchet that we are getting ready to start building in class. I had to do research on a variety of things to do with the trebuchet including some of the weapons used during the trebuchet era. An introduction about the trebuchet and a conclusion paragraph about it.  Next we had to do an Orthographic projection of the trebuchet. Which means you have to have a picture of the front, side, and top view of the trebuchet. Once I have finished the orthographic projections I will be able to start building my trebuchet.

Launching of the trebuchet

This will be my last post. We have just finished finiched building our trebuchet. We were within all of the specification so we got full credit. So it was know time to launch the trebuchet for the distance competition and accuracy compition. To get full credit for distance we had to throw 25 feet and we only threw 22 feet so we didnt get full credit. To get full credtit we had to throw to a circle 15 feet away and the circle was 12 inches around and we threw over and didnt get full credit. But our trebuchet worked which is all that maters.
